The Opportunity:

TrueCar seeks a motivated Senior Marketing Solutions Specialist who will serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing and TrueCar Marketing Solutions products.  The Senior Marketing Solutions Specialist is responsible for the development of digital marketing strategies for new TrueCar Marketing Solutions (TCMS) clients. In this role, you will work to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored digital marketing solutions that help them achieve business goals. In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, you will create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and campaigns to prospective TrueCar Marketing Solutions clients.  As a Senior Marketing Solutions Specialist, you will play a key consultative role, supporting sales and service team members in their sales pitches, both remotely and in person. This role will provide heavy design and consultation services on the front end and throughout the sales cycle process. 

How you’ll contribute to TrueCar’s success:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their marketing needs and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and challenges and identify their digital marketing objectives, to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Create detailed and customized proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits and value of proposed marketing solutions that address client needs, aligned to their business goals. 
  • In partnership with sales, deliver sales presentations and proposals with customized marketing strategies and solutions, including digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and advertising.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, dealer service, and dealer sales, to ensure innovative and effective marketing solutions.  
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.  

Your Expertise: 

  • Strong background in a sales consulting role with proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation preferably in an agency environment. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and email marketing platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and strategic mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel domestically by airplane or car including overnight trips up to 25% of the time

Base salary range: $106,000 - $138,000
