Overview

The Senior Marketing Specialist for the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team will be instrumental in building, implementing, tracking, and analyzing ABM marketing campaigns across the manufacturing industry for Blue Yonder’s key accounts. This role will assist ABM Marketing Managers in creating high levels of collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders; including industry, product marketing, sales, business development, campaign and field marketing teams to ensure execution across multiple channels aligning to the overarching ABM strategy.

Scope:

  • Assist in driving industry innovation for ABM at-scale, designing a more deeply connected sales and marketing motion. 
  • This role will execute end-to-end 1-to-1 and 1-to-few ABM programs for the manufacturing industry globally.

What you will do:

  • Execute Blue Yonder’s ABM strategy by helping Marketing Managers build and manage the applicable channels for account-based marketing that drive engagement including email (outbound and nurture), digital marketing (social, retargeting, display, etc.), in-person and virtual events, custom content, and direct mail.
  • Drive increased engagement across social, website, email, and direct mail among qualified and educated prospects by developing and executing ABM programs that drive market visibility, generate demand, and achieve business and revenue goals, monitoring click-through and open rates, website visits and page heatmaps, buying committee engagement, and more
  • Maintain operational rigor throughout the multi-month lifecycle of an account-based marketing campaign, using deep intent data to drive development and adaptation of go-to-market strategy to key accounts while analyzing performance across all channels and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Learn and understand Blue Yonder’s client base, our ideal customer profile, and the needs of our prospects to effectively market our products to them.
  • Work with the integrated demand generation team, industry strategy team, sales, business development and product marketing to understand the trends that are shaping the manufacturing industry and messaging surrounding them.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop sales enablement to help sales and business development teams act as marketers for ABM accounts - nurturing and reaching out to their prospects in a curated, simplified way.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years in a field marketing or account-based marketing discipline
  • Prior experience working closely with a sales and/or business development team, preferably within a SaaS company is highly desired
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, the customer buying journey, account-based marketing fundamentals, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
  • Experience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team or external agency to translate the vision into a creative concept
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets
  • Positive, optimistic self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Triblio, DemandBase, etc. is a plus
  • Strong English language skills required
  • Prefer moderate strength of one or more additional languages: French, Italian, German
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Occasional travel required
