Senior Marketing Project Management Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is a key member of the Industrial Marketing Organization. The individual will provide support to large segment projects to ensure efficient and effective operations. This would include acquisition integration, large lab openings, annual planning and other large scale projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Has accountability for the performance and results within own discipline or function.
• Expertly support full project life cycle projects and activities planning, requirements, scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, testing, quality, deployment, measurement and changes for cross-functional Marketing initiatives.
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with business and corporate marketing partners.
• Expertly support project schedules and estimates.
• Schedules and attends client and project meetings; generates and follows up on resulting tasks.
• Manages internal and external reviews and approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED.

• Generally, six years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.

MINIMUM SKILLS PREFERRED.

• Strong written and oral communications.
