Launched from Google X in 2015, our purpose is to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day. We are focused on generating and activating data from a variety of sources, including clinical, social, behavioral and the real world, to arrive at the best solutions for a person based on a comprehensive view of the evidence. Description

The Senior Marketing Program Manager drives the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to execution. This role requires program leadership and mastery of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

You will partner closely with product, creative, engineering, operations, analytics, and external partners to deliver integrated programs. The role also serves as a key point of contact for select external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Program Leadership: Architect and lead the delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing programs (Email, SMS, Paid, Organic) that drive measurable acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.

  • Operational Excellence & Agile Management: Own program lifecycles—including resource planning, risk mitigation, and sprint prioritization—using Jira, Smartsheet, and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless execution.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub for alignment across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Clinical teams, ensuring business goals are translated into actionable technical frameworks.

  • Technical Journey Optimization: Partner with lifecycle teams to deploy highly segmented, personalized customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining a strict focus on data security and healthcare compliance.

  • Strategic Vendor & Partner Management: Direct external agencies and vendors through all phases of engagement, from scope definition and onboarding to budget alignment and performance tracking.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in marketing program management, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, integrated campaigns in high-growth environments.

  • Hands-on mastery of Agile workflows and project management ecosystems, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet (or equivalent enterprise tools).

  • Demonstrated success in managing external agencies and third-party partners, including scope definition, budget oversight, and high-level client-facing communication.

  • Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable roadmaps while maintaining a rigorous focus on detail-orientation, risk mitigation, and organizational excellence.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a "central orchestrator" mindset capable of aligning Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams toward a common goal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare tech, wellness tech, or another regulated environment.

  • Expertise in lifecycle strategy, growth experimentation, and retention frameworks.

  • Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, clinical teams, and external partners in a healthcare or regulated setting.

  • Agile certification or program management credentials (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
