Global Marketing & Communications is on a journey to create a high-performing team enabled by a set of modern capabilities. This essential role measures performance as we move to marketing automation leveraging a customer data platform. This individual will report within our Performance Marketing Analytics team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that the growth and engagement marketing efforts are designed and implemented to drive key business OKRs.
Key Responsibilities:
This individual will partner closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise as the Data Lead for their assigned Line of Business.
- Act as a strategic marketing thought leader on critical, large scale, highly visible marketing campaigns
- Audience Definition: Discover, define and create targeted audiences
- Provide clear paths for data connection to business outcomes and objectives
- Recommend and prioritize strategic testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys
- Create and manage reporting and data visualization (PowerBI or similar tool experience)
- Synthesize and share key performance metrics with stakeholders during Sprint Reviews
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a digital, product or finance role
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing innovative, multi-channel campaigns to generate insights that drive future test and learn strategy; has a strong understanding of paid digital media, SEO, web, email, social platforms and how they impact data models for sales and service
- 3+ years professional experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics
- Adept data presentation skills through use of dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of improving customer journeys and acquisition funnels
- Deeply understands analytics, marketing metrics, statistics, and financial metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with ability to take a consultative approach when working cross-functionally
- Excellent project management skills and commitment to deadlines, processes, and policies
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure data lake and big data platforms
- Experience with database tools (MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience with Statistical tools (R, SAS, Python) and techniques e.g. segmentation, regression modeling and customer lifetime value
- Prior experience with Alteryx, or similar data automation platform.
- Attitudinal and Social Media measurement tools (Medallia, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Web analytics and testing tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Target, Google Analytics)

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
