As a Marketing Operations Manager (F/M/D) you will be “the maestro” in our marketing team, optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes and tech systems to enhance the effectiveness of our B2B marketing efforts. This individual contributor role will focus on building a world-class marketing tech stack, integrating multiple data sources, automating processes, and providing actionable insights to drive our marketing strategy. As the first marketing operations manager in the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and data science, to ensure alignment and efficiency in our marketing operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and implement a cohesive marketing technology stack that supports our B2B GTM motions, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, including web forms, Hubspot, email automation tools, and appointment-setting tools.
- Oversee and optimize lead flow, management, segmentation, scoring, and funnel processes.
- Identify levers and propose solutions to improve our conversion rate and increase our ROI with an experimentation mindset when testing, iterating, and optimizing.
- Drive growth through the implementation of automated processes and streamlined operational workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology
YOUR PROFILE
You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position that you can work independently in a data-driven, highly reliable and structured manner.
- You have 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and Analytics and a track record of data-driven improvements (B2B SaaS is a strong plus)
- You have a sound understanding of marketing concepts and channels, tracking, and use of conversion metrics
- You are proficient in analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g. make.com, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar).
- Track record of building world-class marketing tech stacks, systems, and processes enabling sales & marketing teams.
- You love to optimize and automate processes, constantly strive to set new operational standards and are aware of operational best practices
- You have excellent analytical skills and can quickly learn, while also working in a very detail-oriented way
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken C1 level), German is a plus
- You show strong ownership and the ability to pivot when things don't go to plan
- Ideally, you hold a university degree preferably in a STEM or business field
