Overview:

The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our marketing technology stack, and providing actionable insights to drive our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel, and a proven track record of 3-5 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and Pardot for marketing campaign management, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and efficient utilization of the platforms.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Salesforce, and Pardot to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing operations.
  • Lead Management: Manage lead lifecycle processes including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead assignment. Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on best practices for utilizing the MarOps tech stack. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices. Maintain data governance standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Certification in Salesforce or Pardot is a plus.
