The role & impact
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that reach small business owners and accounting partners across the UK. By working across the full marketing funnel, you will develop tactical initiatives and large-scale campaigns that drive brand awareness and help Xero achieve its commercial goals.
Your work directly supports the growth of the UK economy by connecting small businesses with big business technology and making their everyday operations more efficient. You will act as a champion for our community, ensuring our customers’ needs are heard and reflected in every beautiful experience we deliver.
The team & how they connect
You will join a highly collaborative team that acts as a bridge between global marketing, creative agencies, sales, and operations. By working as a coordinated unit, the team seeks diverse perspectives to build trust and create a positive impact for our partners and customers.
Initially, you will focus on
Delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, TV, BVOD, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) platforms.
Partnering with Product Marketing to bring new features and value propositions to the UK market.
Embedding measurement and optimisation into all activity to drive sales pipeline and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
Strengthening relationships with enterprise partners through tailored marketing strategies and events.
Where and how you can work
This is a hybrid role; 2 days of the week in our London office.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
Significant marketing campaign experience, particularly multi-product and complex solutions.
Experience across full marketing funnel.
Deep knowledge of the small business or accounting landscape and understand what motivates these audiences.
Possess strong analytical skills for growth outcomes; delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
