As the marketing function continues to evolve, this role is expected to play a key part in building and leading the Growth Marketing capability.
What that means day to day
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing, demand generation and ABM strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver effective go-to-market campaigns, product launches and targeted account engagement programmes.
- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including lead management, segmentation, nurture campaigns, customer journeys and pipeline reporting.
- Lead website and digital marketing performance, optimising SEO, paid media, email marketing, conversion rates and user experience to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment to commercial objectives, budgets and business growth plans.

Skills Required
- Proven B2B marketing experience focused on growth marketing and demand generation
- Experience designing and running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (lead management, segmentation, nurture)
- Strong digital marketing expertise including SEO, paid media and email marketing
- Experience optimising website performance, CRO and user experience
- Data-driven approach with campaign analysis and pipeline reporting
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with external agencies and managing budgets
