Who you are:

  • Creative, adaptable, and motivated by opportunities to drive awareness and market growth.

  • Comfortable working in a start-up style environment, where ambiguity, innovation, and rapid pivots are part of daily work.

What you’ll do:

  • Own marketing performance and accountability for business growth goals, key performance indicators, and performance targets aligned to BCAA’s strategic plan.

  • Create high-impact marketing materials, proposals, and sales tools to drive adoption and business growth.

  • Develop and optimize customer lifecycle strategies and end-to-end customer journeys using a customer-centric, data-informed approach.

  • Collaborate closely with BCAA internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.

  • Build brand presence through community partnerships, events, and activations that engage members and strengthen BCAA’s reputation.

  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and inspiration to a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and strong engagement across the organization.

  • Shape creative campaigns and lead a team that drives awareness, adoption, and meaningful community connections. By working hand-in-hand with BCAA teams and partners, you’ll fuel engagement and the long-term success of Strategic Ventures.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; post-graduate education is an asset.

  • 7–10 years of progressive, senior-level marketing experience with a proven track record of growing products, services, or brands.

  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing manager-level direct reports.

  • Demonstrated experience in start-up or new product environments, ideally within mobility and/or two-sided marketplace businesses.

  • Proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and performance targets.

  • Expertise across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly in evolving environments.

  • Bonus Skills and Experience:

    • Experience with community engagement, event marketing, or sustainability-focused initiatives.

    • Background in digital product management and/or public relations.
