Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in media buying, including CPM, conversion rate optimization, and ad boosting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive market leadership.
Create and execute a marketing plan to strengthen our brand and enhance visibility across target markets.
Plan, oversee, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels, helping to grow brand recognition and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize campaign effectiveness and market positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Develop and execute media buying strategies, optimizing CPM, conversion rates, and ad boosting techniques to maximize campaign performance.
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, influencer relationships, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Stay ahead of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Mentor team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry], with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Background in performance marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, etc.) and programmatic media buying platforms (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP)
- In-depth knowledge of media buying, including CPM, conversion rate optimization, and ad boosting strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
