For over 20 years, OTOMOTO and OLX have been Poland’s leading automotive classified platforms. As our Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you will join our established Motors Marketing team to own and drive the B2B marketing strategy across our entire automotive portfolio (cars, EVs, parts, heavy machinery, financing, and services).
Working at the intersection of brand, product, sales, and data, you will turn business strategy into high-impact campaigns for everyone from local dealerships to major OEMs, while aligning plans with our international European teams.
What you’ll actually do?
- Shape the B2B strategy: Build and execute the yearly marketing plan and budget, and lead go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
- Run multi-channel campaigns: Own our B2B communication across the board—from sales collateral, case studies, and PR to social media and content.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product and sales, as well as our in-house specialists (CRM, performance marketing, SEO) to make sure we’re all rowing in the same direction.
- Build industry presence: Drive thought leadership by getting our senior leaders visible at industry events, in the media, and on social platforms.
- Manage events & agencies: Plan everything from small client workshops and webinars to large-scale industry events, while managing our day-to-day relationships with creative and production agencies.
- Enable the sales team: Keep our sales teams equipped with the right B2B marketing tools, messaging, and product education to help them succeed.
- Measure what matters: Use data and market research to track campaign performance, monitor competitors, and report key brand loyalty and satisfaction metrics to senior management.
What we hope you bring to the table?
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in marketing management or communications. If you already know the B2B automotive space, that’s a huge plus.
- A natural collaborator: You’re comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, presenting to senior management, and you can handle the ambiguity of a complex, international environment.
- Data-smart & user-focused: You love turning numbers and customer insights into real, actionable marketing campaigns.
- An "intrapreneur" mindset: You’re proactive, dynamic, and prefer building completely new solutions over just tweaking old ones.
- Industry & Tech savvy: A good grasp of the Polish automotive market and experience working alongside product/tech teams will make your life much easier here.
- Languages: You are fluent in both Polish (for our external market) and English (for daily internal communication with our international teams).
- Willingness to travel: You are open to occasional travel for industry events, client meetings, or marketing productions, including regular trips to our Poznań office to sync with the team.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management or communications
- Experience building and executing marketing plans, budgets, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to senior management
- Data-driven marketing capability: use market research and analytics to track performance and inform decisions
- Event planning and agency management experience (workshops, webinars, large industry events)
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including regular trips to the Poznań office
- Experience in B2B automotive space
- Experience working alongside product and tech teams
