This role combines disciplined The Senior Marketing Manager, Middle East plays a pivotal role in translating regional marketing priorities into high-quality, commercially relevant execution across Marsh, including Marsh Risk, Mercer, and MMB. Reporting to the Middle East Marketing & Communications Leader, this role provides the day-to-day coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline required to bring regional strategy to life across markets.

Translate regional priorities into clear market-level plans, timelines, and deliverables across key businesses and geographies.
Support annual and quarterly planning by gathering market inputs, identifying local opportunities, and ensuring activity remains aligned to commercial priorities.
Drive strong end-to-end campaign management and governance, ensuring all integrated campaigns are planned, executed, tracked, and measured consistently.
Lead execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Own the delivery of the thought leadership pipeline, ensuring insight-led content is developed, approved, and amplified in line with regional priorities.
Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to shape topics that strengthen market relevance, commercial positioning, and executive credibility.
Lead planning and delivery support for the strategic event calendar throughout the year, ensuring each event is commercially relevant, well-coordinated, and executed to a high standard.
Manage relationships with local-market CEOs, local business leaders, and regional stakeholders to keep priorities aligned and decision-making efficient.
Maintain strong discipline around campaign tracking, reporting, and measurement.
Ensure CRM and marketing tools are used consistently and accurately to support visibility and decision-making.
Track performance of campaigns, events, and thought leadership activity, and use insights to improve future planning.
Ensure all marketing outputs reflect Marsh brand standards, tone of voice, and governance requirements.
Maintain a strong review and approval process across content, presentations, campaigns, and event materials.
Support consistency across Marsh, MMB, and Mercer while adapting activity appropriately for each audience and market.
What you need to have:
University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
8 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related business development environment, ideally within professional services, consulting, or financial services.
Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns, events, content, and stakeholder engagement activities across complex, matrixed environments.
Fluent in English. Arabic language proficiency is desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
Team-player, self-motivated
Leadership attitude, team management experience, ability to work effectively in teams and work with numerous stakeholders
Strong project management and coordination skills; able to keep workstreams moving and maintain momentum across teams.
Experience with marketing tools, content workflows, and digital channels is highly desirable and Microsoft Office
