As our Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation, you’ll own DACH pipeline performance end-to-end. You're not here to run existing playbooks - you define the regional demand strategy, diagnose what's not working, fix it, and drive measurable impact across the full funnel.  

Who we’re looking for  

  • Commercially driven, with proven pipeline ownership across the full funnel 
  • Strong demand generation expertise across paid, campaigns, events and partners — focused on efficiency and scale 
  • Track record of diagnosing and fixing underperformance, not just executing what's already in place 
  • Data-led approach to funnel management, conversion optimisation and performance reporting 
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market, including localisation and B2B buyer behaviour 
  • High ownership, proactive working style, comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing cross-functionally 


What you’ll do  

  • Own DACH pipeline performance — targets, pacing and corrective actions 
  • Define and execute the regional demand strategy, optimising channel mix across paid, campaigns, events and partners 
  • Lead campaign planning and execution with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact 
  • Improve funnel performance (MQL → SQL → pipeline) through continuous conversion and buyer journey optimisation 
  • Partner closely with Sales on account targeting, pipeline coverage and performance alignment 
  • Coordinate with PMM, content and digital teams as the central point of accountability for DACH demand
