Renishaw Additive Manufacturing is a leader in the design and manufacture of metal additive manufacturing (AM) systems. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of metal AM as a viable high volume production process. We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to help grow our Additive Manufacturing Products Group by delivering impactful campaigns, content and digital marketing activity across key industrial markets.
Reporting to the business development manager, the role will involve working within a wider strategy team and with overseas subsidiaries to help drive our additive manufacturing business forwards.
The role will be based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Travel to other sites may also be required depending on the business need.
Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives, including lead generation and ABM activity.
Create engaging technical and commercial content for digital, print, email, web and social channels, translating complex information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Support product launches and sales enablement by developing materials such as presentations, brochures, customer guides and positioning content.
Coordinate exhibitions, webinars and customer events, including pre- and post-event promotional activity.
Manage website updates, SEO, email marketing and marketing automation activity, using performance data to optimise future campaigns.
Collaborate with global sales, regional marketing, engineering and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign deployment.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
Experience in a B2B marketing role.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance data to drive decisions.
Desirable Requirements
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology or additive manufacturing.
Knowledge of aerospace, defence, electronics, automotive or advanced manufacturing markets.
Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM platforms
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM).
Experience supporting exhibitions and international events.
