About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing programs across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to continue to build their hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, regional campaigns, digital marketing, events, sales engagement activities, and lead management.
Working closely with sales, product, service, and marketing teams across APAC, you will help drive awareness, generate demand, support pipeline growth, and strengthen customer engagement through integrated marketing activities.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, independence, adaptability, and the confidence to work with stakeholders from different countries, cultures, and business functions.

Campaign Management
- Coordinate, and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across APAC.
- Support email marketing programs, nurture campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign assets including landing pages, customer stories, social content, webinars, and sales collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations for optimisation.
- Work closely with regional and local teams to ensure campaigns are effectively localised and deployed.
Lead Management & Sales Engagement
- Manage marketing-generated leads and support lead routing, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Work with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and campaign alignment.
- Assist in developing sales engagement programs that support pipeline development and opportunity nurturing.
- Maintain data quality within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Support account-based marketing and targeted outreach initiatives where appropriate.
Event Management
- Coordinate and support trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, webinars, workshops, and partner activities.
- Manage event logistics, communications, registrations, and lead capture processes.
- Work with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Support post-event reporting and lead follow-up activities.
Content & Communications
- Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and customer communications.
- Support regional content localisation efforts across APAC markets.
- Ensure messaging and branding remain consistent across all customer touchpoints.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with sales, service, software, product, and leadership teams across APAC.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners when required.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or event marketing.
- Experience managing digital and email marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of lead management processes and sales engagement workflows.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle CX, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Experience supporting exhibitions, conferences, or regional events.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital demand generation.
