We are seeking a highly talented and creatively driven Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Studio within the Growth Group, reporting directly to the Head of Design.
What You'll Do:
- Lead design for conversion funnels, collaborating closely with the CRO team and marketing managers to optimize landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences. This includes applying advanced UX principles, A/B testing insights, and mobile-first design thinking to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Design and deliver a high volume of digital static ads weekly for various performance marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compelling visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide creative design support to the video team, especially for motion graphics and animated assets, helping conceptualize and develop visually compelling elements for video content.
- Uphold and evolve Navan's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and elevating our brand perception.
- Leverage market research and stay current with AI trends and design best practices to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life.
- Create mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualize design ideas, facilitate feedback, and ensure optimal user experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Marketing Designer or Growth Designer, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, conversion-driven design, and B2B SaaS/tech industry exposure.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-impact digital design projects, specifically in performance marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion funnels.
- Expert proficiency in Figma is essential. Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and deep knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles, particularly for optimizing conversion funnels.
- Demonstrable 'AI-savvy' – familiarity with AI tools for design, content, or optimization, and a curiosity for leveraging AI in creative workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
