Overview:
We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Content Specialist to develop content to help our Global Marketing Organization build skills to do our best work. This pivotal role demands an individual adept at weaving together design finesse, copywriting prowess, and editing expertise to craft and execute dynamic training content. As the Senior Marketing Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of collaborating with key stakeholders, infusing creativity into operational strategies to ensure our training initiatives not only resonate but also drive tangible results for marketing professionals worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
• Curate compelling and relevant content that captivates and educates our global marketing professionals, leveraging your advanced design, copywriting, and editing experience to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrating your adept project management skills to oversee multiple projects and timelines, while ensuring the end-to-end creation of enablement content meets the highest standards of quality and engagement.
• Design engaging and high-quality learning experiences, employing your creative flair and keen eye for detail to craft visually appealing and intellectually stimulating materials that drive participation and foster knowledge retention.
• Cultivate trust and credibility with stakeholders through your exceptional communication skills and strategic acumen, nurturing productive partnerships essential for the success of each program.
• Continuously refine and enhance each program through robust feedback mechanisms and stakeholder input, leveraging your editing expertise to polish content for maximum impact and effectiveness.
• Foster open communication and resilience within the team, championing a culture of growth and progress where creativity thrives and excellence is the norm.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Enablement, or UX functions
• Proficiency (5+ years) in Adobe Premier Pro; Adobe After Effects experience preferred
• Proficiency (5+ years) copy writing and editing
• Experience with Articulate or similar learning content development programs preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional storyteller
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Willingness to embrace experimentation and curiosity, continually seeking opportunities for new ways to help teams grow their skills
