What's Exciting About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist who thrives on hands-on execution and has a passion for building, running and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the details of campaign setup, working with marketing automation and analytics tools, and continuously testing and improving performance.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels using our marketing tech stack. Your focus will be on delivering campaigns that attract new customers and nurture existing ones to increase retention and revenue growth.
You’ll manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from concept and setup through execution, reporting, and optimization - ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and aligned with business goals. This includes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to build integrated lead-to-revenue programs for our 2Checkout business, maintaining smooth campaign operations, and leveraging martech tools to maximize efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence demand generation strategy across global markets.
- Work with a diverse, fast-moving team at the forefront of payment technology.
- Build and scale advanced marketing operations and analytics functions.
- Contribute directly to business growth and revenue impact.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to support demand generation, acquisition, retention, and growth goals. Maintain and evolve a scalable campaign architecture aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Automation & Tools:
- Utilize platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot to build campaigns, manage workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Improve tools, templates, processes, and lead scoring models for optimal performance.
Data Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Collaborate with the Privacy Office and internal stakeholders to uphold data protection standards.
Lead Management:
- Own the lead lifecycle from generation through conversion. Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to qualify, nurture, and accelerate leads through the funnel using best practices in targeting, segmentation, and content strategy.
Performance Measurement:
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports that track lead volume, quality, funnel progression, and ROI. Provide weekly performance updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization:
- Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization, email deliverability improvements, and ongoing performance analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align on strategy, improve lead management processes, and drive shared revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in working with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and Excel.
- Experience in email marketing, lead scoring, nurturing, data segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with a systems/process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and deliver results.
