We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Brand Management Specialist to join our team and drive the execution of brand and marketing initiatives. You will create high-quality content, visual assets, and marketing materials across digital, retail, and trade channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery for our private brands RIDEX and goCORE.
What you’ll doManage end-to-end photo and video production for private brands, including briefing, logistics, coordination of studios, models, locations, props, retouching, quality control, and final asset approval with key stakeholders
Organize and coordinate technical testing videos for private brands, including test scenario development, lab and location sourcing, contract coordination, logistics of parts, scripts, review, and final acceptance of deliverables
Develop marketing copy for categories, parts systems, USP, and product benefits based on technical inputs, and coordinate translations with dedicated language teams
Create and manage A+ content, marketing collages, DIY collages, photography, copywriting, translations, uploading, and validation of correct display across AUTODOC and marketplace platforms
Support private brands website content including homepage banners, brand news, website updates, “how-to” animations, photography, videos, translations, and upload coordination
Trade Marketing, POSM & Partner Support
Support trade marketing activities for dealers and partners, including development and coordination of POSM, marketing assets, and sales support materials
Assist in coordination and execution of annual trade and promotional plans in line with approved budgets and brand priorities, and support basic reporting on trade marketing activities
Support exhibition preparation, printed materials, sample logistics, merchandising design and production, and on-site content briefing for private brands, in close collaboration with trade marketing and BTL teams
Prepare and coordinate technical documentation (MSDS, TDS), including design, proofreading, and multilingual translation management
Perform other marketing and brand-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager or team leader.
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Content, or Production-related roles
Experience working with production teams, designers, agencies, and translators
Proven experience in developing and managing visual assets for trade marketing, including POSM, product presentations, merchandising materials, and retail executions
Strong copywriting and content structuring skills
Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards across visual, video, copy, and technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
Well-developed eye for design, layout, composition, and visual storytelling, with the ability to review, challenge, and improve creative outputs
Practical experience working with Figma for layouts, visual concepts, and collaboration with design teams
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Clear and structured communication skills for working effectively with internal teams, production partners, agencies, and external suppliers
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation, coordination, and reporting
Critical-thinking mindset with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and propose practical solutions in fast-paced marketing and production environments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
Language skills: English level B1 or higher; Russian/Ukrainian and additional European languages – an advantage
