Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced and collaborative marketing team. This role plays a critical part in optimizing marketing performance through data-driven insights, process excellence, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and operational efficiency, and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Project Management
- Lead and support cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Document and continuously improve marketing operations workflows, including campaign setup, lead management, and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and data integrity across platforms.
Research & Insights
- Design, deploy, and analyze brand trackers and market surveys to uncover strategic insights and inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing KPIs and market performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategy.
Marketing Technology, Analytics & Attribution
- Leverage a suite of tools—including Salesforce, Zapier, Apollo, Power BI, and Sisense Cloud Data—to manage marketing data, automate workflows, and support campaign execution.
- Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce custom objects (e.g., intake, client, MTI) to ensure accurate campaign tracking, lead attribution, and data integrity.
- Manage and optimize multitouch attribution models to evaluate marketing performance across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct web analytics using platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or equivalent to monitor user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with media and operation to ensure consistent tracking and measurement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, and campaign tracking.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms and multitouch attribution tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Zapier, Apollo, Sisense cloud data and PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

John Morgan became a lawyer with a simple mission: To fight for the people, and not the powerful. After experiencing firsthand the perils of choosing the wrong lawyer and representation after his brother Tim was paralyzed, he dedicated his life to helping people so that no one should ever have to go through what his family endured.
Tim was just a teenager when he was working as a lifeguard at Disney World when he suffered a spinal injury that left him confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
