Cigna Healthcare is seeking to hire a Sr Marketing Analyst to lead the marketing, reporting into Head of Channel marketing (MEA), this role will be accountable for driving marketing plans for Africa
Key Responsibilities
- Development and execution of the marketing plan for the Africa region in line with the business objectives.
- Responsible for the overall marketing calendar for Africa
- Partner with the commercial team to define marketing objectives and priorities
- Working closely with regional marketing specialists to deploy marketing and communication projects
- Planning, project management and end-to-end execution of events across Africa
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and collateral development, leveraging internal expertise and driving collaboration.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with vendors and agencies to implement and deliver marketing projects
- Identify and assess sponsorship opportunities followed by developing and executing on-ground sponsorship activation plans.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide the marketing support required to deliver objectives.
- Prepare reports and metrics for measuring program and event success and identifying opportunities.
- Working with local business partners to build programs and campaigns that deliver mutual business benefits.
- Present plans and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Key Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, insurance experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French and Portuguese is a plus
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
