Are you ready to transform the corporate wellness industry with us?

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Paris to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, you will play a key role in structuring our performance analysis, automating our processes, and guiding strategic business decisions. As the owner of marketing data, you will bridge the gap between our different teams (Brand & Comms, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps) to turn data into actionable insights.

Your daily workout
  • Global Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into the impact and ROI of all marketing channels (events, content, Brand & Comms campaigns, CRM, Paid) and bring visibility to areas that were previously unmeasured.

  • Strategic Advisory & Support: Help non-analytical teams interpret their figures, set lead targets/forecasting, and conduct retro-analyses to guide the board and management in decision-making.

  • Automation & Structuring: Move away from manual reporting by centralizing databases, structuring data in snowflake and creating clear, automated dashboards.

  • Cross-Team Synergy: Act as a connector ("messenger") between Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps to ensure metric consistency and optimize opportunity tracking.

  • Ad-hoc Analyses & Recommendations: Conduct targeted studies on overall performance (e.g., website behavior, buying patterns) and deliver actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Benchmarking & Tech Stack: Evaluate and recommend new tools (e.g., Data Viz / Reporting) adapted to our needs to evolve our analytics setup.

  • Tracking: Design and manage GTM tracking infrastructure (UTM taxonomy, conversion events, pixel/tag implementation via GTM and analytics platforms) to enable end-to-end visibility into campaign and funnel performance.

  • Marketing Attribution: Lead the design and rollout of an in-house attribution model that gives marketing leadership a single, trusted view of channel effectiveness to guide budget allocation and go-to-market investment decisions.

Your fitness level
  • Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role (Marketing Analyst, Growth Ops, Sales/RevOps), ideally within a fast-growing environment (Tech Scale-up).

  • Education: Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Data & CRM Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce (our Source of Truth), data modeling, and complex dashboard creation. A strong drive for automation is essential.

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives, present findings confidently, and champion recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to step back from raw numbers to uncover big-picture strategic growth opportunities.

  • Language Skills: Business fluent in English and French (daily working language).

Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Historical Reporting: Structured and automated initial reports based on historical data to provide real visibility for the Brand & Comms teams.

  • Single Source Dashboard: Implemented the first version of a centralized dashboard consolidating all core data sources.

  • Tooling Benchmark: Audited our current tech stack and proposed a roadmap for adopting relevant data visualization or analytics tools.

  • Cross-Team Alignment: Established yourself as the primary data point-of-contact for the Brand, SalesOps, and RevOps teams.

The equipment we provide
  • Modern & International: Be part of a modern, international company culture where your talent and voice drive real decision-making.

  • Work-Life-Balance: Enjoy flexible working hours, a hybrid work policy (2 office days/week), 25 days of paid leave plus RTT, and dedicated home office equipment.

  • Fit & Healthy: Train for free with Wellpass across thousands of sports and wellness facilities.

  • Meal & Transport Allowance: Receive a Swile card loaded with €9.50/day (€5.00 employer contribution) and a 50% reimbursement of your Navigo pass (or mobility allowance).

  • Health & Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (Mutuelle) co-funded by the company, plus exclusive discounts on leisure, culture, and travel via our Leeto platform.

  • Continuous Development & Mentoring: Accelerate your growth with challenging projects, regular feedback, and our cross-location mentoring platform.

Your warm up plan
  1. Screening HR: Initial 30-minute introductory call with Dolihane (Talent Acquisition Partner) to discuss your background and expectations.

  2. Technical Interview: In-depth technical discussion with Gwenaël Rivet to evaluate your analytical mindset and vision for the role.

  3. Case Study: Practical, lightweight assignment based on real business scenarios, followed by a presentation and discussion with Gwenaël (virtual or in-person).

  4. Team Fit: Informal meet-and-greet with key team members to gauge day-to-day collaboration and cross-functional synergy.

  5. Leadership & Strategic Alignment: 30-minute interview with Julia (VP Marketing) to discuss global vision, cultural alignment, and high-performance standards.
