ServiceTitan’s Senior Specialist AI and Martech is a remote role that serves as the creator and builder of AI software solutions for the Marketing team. This future Titan will be a key resource in helping build out solutions that combine AI with marketing and sales technology in order to deliver enhanced marketing capabilities to the Marketing org resulting in higher efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs. We are looking for a candidate who has experience with and an obsession for all things Martech, as well as excellent communication skills and a knack for communicating complex topics clearly and effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Build the marketing AI operations program from the ground up.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for AI integration within the marketing department.

  • Identify all areas of marketing where efficiency and effectiveness can be improved via AI tools.

  • Prioritize across all AI opportunities within marketing and manage the build out of AI tools and workflows across all teams within marketing.

  • Run build vs buy analysis for AI tools to be used within marketing

  • Hands on development and roll out of AI applications within the marketing team

  • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and capabilities and ensure the most impactful use cases are being operationalized within the marketing organization

What you'll bring:

  • 5-8 years of experience in design, creation, implementation and maintenance of technical items such as: web eventing and martech instrumentation, martech platform and API integration, process automation, attending to data deliverability issues, implementing high-fidelity and responsive HTML experiences, and troubleshooting third-party integrations and synchronization events.

  • A solid background in demand generation or marketing operations, with demonstrated expertise in analytics, digital experience, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies

  • Proficiency leveraging SQL, python, JavaScript and similar languages and technology to drive automation, access APIs, and build lightweight data products.

  • Bachelor's Degree. 

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to facilitate daily interaction with customers.

  • Ability to understand and display empathy for customers.

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally.

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and an organized self-starter.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
