About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Senior Marketing (ABM) to support their flagship gaming portfolio in Vietnam. Our client is a leading global online game developer and publisher, recognized for operating some of the most iconic digital entertainment platforms and mobile titles with millions of active users across the region.


Joining the team as a Senior Marketing (ABM), you will be the strategic mind behind Vietnam's premier national mobile game. In this role, you will craft and lead dynamic, large-scale Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns, collaborate with top-tier KOLs, and design impactful content that shapes the brand experience and drives engagement for a community of millions of players.


Key Responsibilities
  • IMC Planning: Propose targets, develop, and implement end-to-end IMC plans/campaigns (including new product launches) aligned with business priorities and brand needs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, KOL/Talent, and Community teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and deliver business results.

  • IMC Execution: Manage the execution of the IMC mix, including content marketing, copywriting, art direction, video production, and influencer activities.

  • Campaign & Channel Management: Drive product awareness and engagement across brand media channels, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Marketing Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to measure campaign success, track brand health, and apply key learnings to future launches.


Job Requirements


Technical skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience with a proven track record in end-to-end IMC Marketing and brand management.

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., Reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and Brand Health tracking).

  • Excellence in managing complex projects (critical paths, risk logs, asset QA) and aligning with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Operations, Legal).

  • Ability to play and thoroughly understand the mechanics of midcore/hardcore games.

  • Nice-to-Have: Comfortable working with data, including funnel math, lift tests, and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions.

  • Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above) to work with regional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
