As a Senior Market Research Analyst, you will be a cornerstone in driving the company’s growth by delivering high-quality, actionable market research that informs strategic decisions. Success in this role means managing yourself and your work with precision, leveraging advanced tools and variance reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals. You will act as a key collaborator, ensuring research processes are efficient, insights are impactful, and communication with stakeholders is seamless. Here’s how you will make an impact: 

How you will achieve success:

  • Serve as the go-to expert on marketplace trends, direct-to-consumer buying strategies, and competitive landscapes, driving data-backed decisions that shape buy plans and opening order proposals.
  • Conduct comprehensive product, pricing, and competitor analysis, leveraging large datasets to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that align with business priorities.
  • Streamline research workflows, integrate variance reporting, and enhance quality assurance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Vendor Management, and Business Development, to align research efforts with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation through expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and proprietary market research tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and variance reporting within a fast-paced environment, ensuring research accuracy through quality assurance methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities and meet SLAs efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
