- Driving timely and comprehensive HTA submissions to Italian authorities.
- Collaborating with affiliate commercial and global market access teams to define pricing and access strategies.
- Leading cross-functional projects, including formulary and funding initiatives, to optimize product uptake.
- Translating payer insights into value dossiers and evidence requirements with HEOR and Medical Affairs teams.
- Supporting strategic price-setting and local negotiations, including innovative pricing or contracting solutions.
- Developing and supervising market access action plans to support new product or indication launches.
- Preparing KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to advise country-level pricing reviews and decision-making.

You will have validated experience in a market access role within the pharmaceutical industry, including successful HTA submissions and the development of pricing and access strategies that deliver strong results. A track record in crafting compelling value propositions, implementing price strategies, and supporting cross-functional product launches is important. Post-graduate qualifications such as a MSc or MBA, along with experience in hematology or related therapeutic areas, are highly desirable.
