Location: Stryker Springhill, Carrigtwohill, Cork
- Lead process development, optimisation, and cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Manage the introduction of new products and processes, supporting transfer and launch activities.
- Own equipment qualification activities from machine design through process validation.
- Project manage the implementation of new capital equipment, including qualification and validation deliverables.
- Apply structured root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to resolve process and manufacturing challenges.
- Evaluate and optimise manufacturing layouts to improve process flow, floor space utilisation, and quality performance.
- Participate in equipment and component selection and collaborate with quality teams to define testing and inspection requirements.
- Develop and review manufacturing and quality documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies, and validation records.
- Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with laser welding and/or laser marking processes.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience managing projects involving manufacturing equipment or process implementation.
- Experience supporting equipment qualification, validation, or new product introduction activities.
- Experience developing manufacturing and quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, PPAP, or MSA studies.
Ireland Pay Ranges:
- Ireland: €47,000 - €77,000 EUR Annual
