Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for assigned hardware including quality, delivery, cost and technical requirements.
  • Support the definition of overall program plans and translate plans into requirements and milestones for the procurement of assigned hardware.
  • Serves as manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate and Technical reviews for assigned hardware
  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial/military developments in own area and communication skills to influence others.
  • Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years providing leadership for assigned hardware including quality, delivery, cost and technical requirements.) + Minimum of 5 years of Provide leadership for assigned hardware including quality, delivery, cost and technical requirements.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a US Clearance

    • Master's degree from an accredited university OR high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant leadership experience.
    • 5 years of manufacturing experience.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
