The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for all detailed processes in connection with manufacturing, routings, time studies, and N/C programs. This role will review new releases for design and manufacturing and support with recommendations for new equipment and tooling. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide shop support to aid in improving the coordination and collaboration between Engineering and Operations departments.
YOUR IMPACT:

Responsible for completion of a project or parts of multiple projects of complexity on time and utilize lean/six sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvements.
Performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and prepares delivery of plans, designs, computation methods and/or reporting.
Manage the development of timely and accurate N/C programs to aid in efficiency in production.
Determine appropriate assembly fixturing that are complex in nature.
Review and select required special tooling and equipment.
Determine and improve processes to meet production levels.
Collaborate with Production team and Operations/Engineering teams.
Develop and support recommendations for new equipment and tooling.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to others within the Engineering organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
Five (5) or more years of experience.

Pay Range:
$82,900.00 - $134,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
