As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) you will be the engineering lead for a production area and oversee the all production processes and the engineering contact for the production department. You will act as a contact person between Stryker sites for technical communications and projects. This role focuses on the engineering activities required to sustain and improve the current production lines.
What you will do:
- Define the technical objectives of engineering assignments and make decisions regarding the direction and outcomes of these assignments.
- Technical lead for production/engineering processes to ensure the quality of the manufactured products according to process and specification.
- Monitor and control the progress of work, ensuring the sound application of engineering principles and the proper use of policies and procedures.
- Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and interpret the results.
- Leading role in the creation and execution of Validation, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, PPAP, and other Stryker internal process qualifications.
- Provide engineering support for transfers/insourcing projects, ensuring all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the latest Stryker procedures.
- Leading continuous improvement tasks together with a cross functional team.
What you will need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of engineering experience within production / manufacturing in a highly regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, automotive, aerospace, food & beverage).
- Knowledge of process/product validation, statistical methods, and process mapping.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills in manufacturing/design technical issues.
- Excellent English and German language skills, enabling seamless collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in medical device or manufacturing industries, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and global quality standards is nice to have.

Germany Pay Ranges:
- Tuttlingen 40Std: €5.441 - €9.102 EUR Monthly
