WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Government Relationship Building & Support:

Develop and nurture relationships with key government officials at the state level, ensuring their alignment with Medha’s project goals.
Provide essential support to stakeholders in drafting official documents, including government orders, presentations, and other paperwork required for effective project implementation.
Facilitate seamless communication across the government hierarchy, ensuring that project information flows effectively between all levels of government.
Proactively engage with officials, identifying upcoming government schemes, changes, or policies that may impact Medha’s projects positively or negatively and aligning project teams accordingly.

Project Implementation & Governance Support:

Assist project teams in organizing project governance meetings, ensuring that these meetings are scheduled, well-prepared, and attended by the right government representatives.
Ensure proper tracking of project progress and work with government officials to ensure timely execution and resolution of challenges.
Coordinate the documentation and reporting of government orders, official communications, and other essential project documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all communications.

Internal Coordination & Communication:

Maintain effective communication with internal teams, especially with project managers, ensuring that all government requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Provide timely updates and flag any potential red flags to senior leadership for immediate attention or action.
Work closely with the Program Lead to help align government relationships and communication strategies with the broader system adoption strategy.

Promote & Maintain Medha’s Brand Image:

Represent Medha professionally at all levels of communication, ensuring that all documentation, reports, and presentations maintain the organization’s high standards and brand image.
Support government officials in drafting communications such as letters, speeches, and orders in both Hindi and English, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure that any updates or changes to the project are well communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior, mid-level, and junior government officials and navigate the government hierarchy effectively.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English, including writing government orders, creating presentations, and managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail when preparing official documents, managing meetings, and ensuring smooth project implementation.
Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring communication and information flow are optimized for project success.
