Leads Medha’s fundraising and institutional partnership strategy, including resource mobilization, funder relationship management, proposals, grant reporting, budgets, compliance, and partnership renewals. Oversees the partnerships team, builds a diversified funding pipeline, develops senior relationships with foundations, corporations, and multilaterals, and contributes to organizational strategy. Requires extensive travel to operational areas and collaboration across Programs, Finance, Impact, Communications, and senior leadership.

Manages technology project planning, governance, schedules, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional coordination. Combines PMO responsibilities with business analysis by gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting QA, and overseeing documentation. Serves as a liaison between technology teams, customers, and nontechnical stakeholders through demos, training, presentations, and feedback collection. Communicates technology priorities and project status while maintaining process and knowledge management standards.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for central and state leadership roles: write job descriptions, source, screen, coordinate interviews and offers, improve candidate experience, build talent pipelines and partner networks, support onboarding, and analyze hiring barriers to strengthen employer branding.

Lead employer engagement to build long-term partnerships that create jobs, internships, and apprenticeships for students. Conduct market research, map employer ecosystems, co-create hiring solutions, align student readiness to employer needs, and manage employer visits and stakeholder relationships to improve placement quality and retention.
