Senior Manager

We are looking for an energic and driven Senior Manager to join dentsu Consulting (DK), where you will play a pivotal role as trusted advisor to clients solving and guiding through most pressing and complex topics across strategy, transformation and innovation. You will not only oversee delivery – you will own client engagements, inspire teams, and ensure that our recommendations translate into commercial and organisational impact. 

The right induvial combines deep consulting experience with ambition, empathy, and the ability to inspire teams and executives alike. 

 
The role as Senior Manager entails: 

• Develop, lead and own client engagements  

• Contribute to commercial development and take responsibility for client portfolio growth 

• Play a central role in strategic pitches, thought leadership, and the design of new service offerings. 

• Establish yourself as trusted advisor sought out for your perspective & expertise  

• Mentor, coach, and inspire junior colleagues, shaping a culture of collaboration, development, and excellence. 
   

We believe you have: 

• 5-8 years experience in strategy consulting, transformation advisory, or senior commercial roles from industry. 

• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with can-do and execution attitude 

• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow trusted client relationships at senior and executive level.  

• Preferred (B2B) industry expertise across sectors (fx Financial Service, Energy & Utility, Manufacturing etc) 

• Experience winning, leading, and delivering large-scale client engagements.
