The Role
The Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy plays a meaningful role in enabling enterprise workforce decisions through data-driven insights, analytics, forecasting, and strategic workforce planning. Reporting to the VP, Workforce Strategy and Markets Governance, this role partners across the business, HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to deliver actionable workforce intelligence that informs talent investments, organizational priorities, and long-term workforce strategies. This role combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive enterprise workforce outcomes and support a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, business intelligence, strategy, human capital analytics, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce, business, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement attitude, with a track record of improving analytical capabilities, reporting processes, and strategic decision support.
- Experience supporting workforce forecasting, scenario planning, capacity analysis, and talent strategy decisions.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience partnering across HR, Finance, Strategy, and business functions to support enterprise workforce planning and decision-making.

The Team
This dynamic team is part of the Enterprise HR function within Corporate Services and is responsible for developing and driving forward a strategic, forward-thinking approach to reshape our workforce strategy as we look toward the future. The team partners with a wide range of stakeholders spanning executive leadership and business and technology leaders across the firm.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
