The Role
We are looking for a Logistics Workfloor Department Manager to join our team and optimize logistics processes while managing the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader, capable of managing process, people, operations, and technology in a fast-expanding environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Team management: You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of 10-20 people.
- Operational optimization: You will monitor and refine the efficiency of logistics operations, managing the automated line and optimizing processes to maximize productivity.
- Innovation and continuous improvement: You will support the implementation of new systems and processes, proposing sustainable and effective solutions to achieve business goals.
- Resource management: You will be responsible for planning staffing, vacation schedules, and the resources needed to ensure departmental efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate
- Has proven experience in logistics and leadership, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
- Is customer-oriented and has a strong drive for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Has experience using KPIs to monitor and improve department performance.
- Is analytical and has excellent IT skills; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Is a natural leader, capable of motivating and developing the team, with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.

This position is based at our headquarters and logistics center in Settala (MI).
