Serve as a critical link across multiple layers of the business, aligning marketing strategies with cross-functional departments. As the owner of Xero's digital front door, you will ensure our web presence functions as a growth engine that aligns seamlessly with our overall company strategy.
Act as a bilingual strategist who bridges the gap between design and code, translating high-level business goals into actionable digital requirements. You will act as the central point for all marketing stakeholders and partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize and bring that work to life. Your ultimate mission is to ensure every visitor moves with clarity, confidence, and momentum toward becoming a customer.
The team / how they connect
The web strategy team connects cross-functional groups across brand, creative, performance marketing, and product teams to drive unified digital priorities. We partner closely with engineering colleagues to translate high-fidelity designs into detailed technical requirements and user stories. Together, we collaborate to build a flexible library of reusable components and cohesive brand experiences.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will help support
Optimising user journeys and mapping personas to reduce bounce rates and turn more visitors into leads.
Prioritising the web backlog to balance new marketing features against technical debt.
Evolving the CMS content model and championing component-based design for a flexible library of reusable patterns.
Conducting design quality assurance before launch to ensure the final coded product matches the creative vision.

A strong background in web production, digital product management, or marketing technology.
A proven ability to translate high-level business strategies into tactical web initiatives.
An understanding of technical constraints like HTML, CSS, and CMS models to ensure design feasibility.
Extensive experience utilising analytics platforms and conversion rate optimisation testing to drive digital decisions.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of aligning diverse teams behind a single roadmap.
Proficiency with design collaboration tools such as Figma and project management systems like Jira.
