What you'll do here:

  • Lead the Infosec web marketing team, including web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Lead the development and execution of web strategies that align with the project, team and company goals, including optimizing the website’s revenue generation to meet financial targets.

  • Own a consolidated roadmap for the website.

  • Rigorously prioritize projects and tasks, balancing competing demands on available development, research and testing resources.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to build site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programs, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to implement.

  • Analyze and supervise page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that shape strategies, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships in order to inform site strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team on SEO initiatives and content opportunities that improve website visibility and performance.

  • Participate in the Marketing Leadership Team, advocating on behalf of your team members and functional area, and collaborate with other marketing leaders to achieve team goals.

  • Evangelize key opportunities and constraints, ensuring understanding and agreement.

Skills you will need here:

  • 8+ years of website management and strategy experience.

  • 5+ years of people management, including coaching for individual growth.

  • Ability to balance managing for results and maintaining a people-first approach to team building.

  • Experience using data and insights to influence requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (Optimizely), A/B testing tools, site analytics and other business intelligence tools.

  • Highly effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance, as well as an understanding of web development and UX standard processes.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes and recommendations, and an interest in teaching others.

  • Ability to set web strategies for a wide array of users, addressing B2B and B2C use cases as well as navigating multiple product lines.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment in a rapidly changing industry, staying proactive and innovative in the ever-evolving landscape.

  • Interest in continuously learning and staying up to date with industry standard processes.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
