The Role

Who we are looking for
A Senior Manager, who will build out our user research team in the US sports market and lead a team that are responsible for understanding the needs, attitudes and behaviours of our end users.

You will develop and implement a cutting-edge UXRfunction, conducting both generative and evaluative research to uncover actionable insights and improve the overall user experience in our digital products. Your ability to synthesize findings into compelling narratives will support the Business value of your recommendations, driving enhancements across our digital products.
With a keen eye for customer motivations and behaviors, you will leverage Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and data analytics to inform our approach.
Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to present findings to stakeholders at all levels, while building lasting relationships with internal and external partners.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,0000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
Experience within the online gambling industry.
Strong knowledge of UXR methods and practices, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including statistical analysis.
Strong educational background, with an undergraduate degree or higher in a Business Management discipline.
Experience with tools such as user research platforms, eye-tracking hardware, analytics software and design collaboration tools.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
Ability to research complex topics quickly and accurately, including legislative and compliance matters.
Confidence working with complex detail and high-level concepts and strategies.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a UXR strategy to enhance processes, scale research across divisions, and drive organizational value.
Conducting generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights.
Synthesizing research findings into compelling narratives that highlight problems and the Business value of proposed solutions.
Analyzing customer attitudes, motivations, needs and behaviors through VoC feedback, data analytics and trend analysis.
Sharing insights with Business partners and creating scorecards to integrate customer experience data company wide.
Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
