As a Technical Lead, I set the technical direction of a project and clear the way of any programming hurdles that may arise. My day-to-day includes closing any technical knowledge gaps, finding answers to Development Team questions, or streamlining existing operations. Sometimes I get my hands dirty and get to do some coding as well.
