This role will manage the U.S. external editorial calendar and help translate corporate, portfolio, launch, advocacy, policy, employer-brand and executive priorities into audience-relevant digital content. • Measurement and optimization: Establish channel and content reporting, use analytics and social-listening insights to assess performance, and recommend changes to content mix, format, cadence, amplification and channel investment.
  • Content amplification and reuse: Plan content reuse from the outset, converting priority communications, films, congress assets and executive moments into platform-appropriate digital assets that extend reach and lifespan.
  • AI-enabled content and workflow innovation: Apply approved AI and emerging digital tools to improve content development, adaptation, optimization, measurement and workflow efficiency, while maintaining appropriate human oversight and adhering to company, legal, regulatory, privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Agency and vendor coordination: Manage day-to-day digital, creative, publishing, monitoring and production partners; coordinate scopes, timelines, budgets, quality and delivery.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Brand Communications, Internal Communications, Advocacy, Policy, Media, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Talent Acquisition and enterprise digital teams to deliver coordinated U.S. content and channel activation.
