Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards Systems & Processes, as the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards Analytics & Insights, you will be accountable for designing and delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and data solutions that power CSL’s Total Rewards strategy across Compensation and Benefits. You will manage the design and development of scalable dashboards, data models, and analytical frameworks, translating complex reward and workforce data into actionable solutions and insights that help solve business problems. Partnering closely with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Technology, you will enable evidence-based decision-making across compensation planning, benefits optimization, pay equity, and regulatory reporting, while continuously advancing automation, data governance, and analytical capabilities.

The Role:- Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models to support Total Rewards strategy across Compensation and Benefits.
- Partner with Global Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Executive Compensation) to evaluate program effectiveness, including ROI, utilization, cost efficiency, and impact on attraction, retention, engagement, and other key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to translate complex reward and workforce data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards) and digital tools that provide consistent, enterprise-level visibility into key Total Rewards metrics and outcomes.
- Leverage Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and other analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Python) to design and deliver integrated, automated, and user-friendly analytics solutions.
- Apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and identify opportunities for optimization, redesign, and future investment.
- Enable a shift from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-driven model by identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across compensation, benefits, and workforce data.
- Diagnose, design, and deliver analytics for compensation cycles, benefits analysis, pay equity, transparency reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure strong data governance, data quality, and audit readiness across Total Rewards analytics, including alignment with privacy, compliance, and internal controls requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing automation and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling), and new technologies to solve for reoccurring challenges and improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced Degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, People/HR Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, or related roles within a complex, matrixed, global organization.
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics to evaluate Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and incentive plans, with a focus on ROI, utilization, and business impact.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with hands-on experience delivering scalable analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel; experience with Python (or similar languages) preferred.
- Deep familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Workday), including experience working with large, multi-country datasets and navigating data governance and privacy requirements.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform strategic decision-making across Total Rewards and the business.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to design, evaluate, and optimize reward programs.
- Strong understanding of broad Total Rewards principles, including compensation structures, benefits programs, pay equity, and market benchmarking.
- Demonstrated experience building and implementing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies to support enterprise decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
