Manage CSL’s EMEA import-export trade compliance program across multiple legal entities. Oversee customs brokers, export controls, HS and ECCN classification, customs valuation, origin and preference determination, permits, duty mitigation, recordkeeping, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory changes. Lead regional cross-functional teams, monitor compliance metrics, manage SAP GTS master data and screening processes, support government audits, and implement process improvements and duty-saving initiatives.

Leads analytical method transfers and validations between internal laboratories and CMOs/CDMOs. Coordinates multiple Tech Ops capital and operational projects by managing purchase orders, contracting, CapEx and OpEx planning, budgets, forecasts, cost allocation, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Supports IPT leads, external partners, procurement, contracting, CDMO, and CRO teams while ensuring compliance and standardized processes. The role also improves business operations, presents portfolio updates, and helps align projects with delivery objectives.

Lead corporate tax compliance, advisory, risk management, audits, tax accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash tax planning across Australia and APAC. Advise stakeholders on transactions and strategic initiatives, oversee Australian R&D Tax Incentive claims, support transfer pricing, monitor legislative changes, and drive tax-process improvements. The role also contributes to regional and global tax strategy and projects while managing external advisors and tax authority engagements.

Leads global intellectual property strategy for early research and development programs, including recombinant proteins, antibodies, plasma proteins, mRNA, gene and cell therapies, and other modalities. Applies statistical modeling, multivariate analysis, machine learning, process monitoring, comparability assessments, and analytics to support product quality, investigations, validation, lifecycle management, technology transfers, and continuous improvement. Also supports regulatory submissions, audits, training, and cross-functional decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.

Lead global IT sourcing strategy and a multi-year technology modernization agenda. Manage $450M spend, strategic supplier relationships, governance, risk, and value delivery. Oversee category management (cloud, software, infrastructure, cyber), negotiations with hyperscalers and SaaS vendors, stakeholder engagement, and build a high-performing sourcing organization.
