Who we are

Founded in 2019, Marvel Fusion is Europe’s leading fusion energy company, uniting 120 scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs across our locations in Munich and Colorado.

Backed by over €385 million in public and private funding, we’re driven by a shared mission: to deliver clean, abundant energy to the world.

Why Marvel Fusion

By joining us, you will be:

  • Solving one of the most complex technological challenges known to humanity, harnessing Fusion on Earth
  • Part of a highly purpose-driven team working on providing the world with clean, safe and abundant energy
  • Working alongside world-leading scientists and entrepreneurs in the field of Fusion
  • Part of a start-up where growth on a company and individual level is the default
The impact you will make

Our mission is to unlock the potential of fusion power generation: abundant, clean, economic, and safe energy. On the critical path is the demonstration of the key features of Marvel Fusion’s unique fusion approach leveraging ultra-high intensity, short-pulse lasers. This is your chance to become part of a pioneering company with the opportunity to make a decisive contribution to the global energy transition.

As Senior Manager Technology Partnerships in the Laser Team, you will work closely with the Scientists & Engineers from the Laser & Infrastructure Teams and be the key interface to corporate functions, e.g. Accounting, Purchasing, and Financial Planning. Because technology partnership development and R&D program execution are closely intertwined in this role, you will oversee some core laser-related projects and programs in a holistic way and lead the operational tasks for these. In parallel, you will build up strategic technology partnerships, take ownership in applying for and managing publicly funded projects, and take over stakeholder management. Lastly, you will support the build-up of the supply chain.

You are part of a diverse team and work collaboratively with business professionals, scientists, and engineers in a highly dynamic working environment. Working with us offers you a wide range of opportunities to develop professionally and personally, show initiative, take responsibility, and help make influential decisions.
