Über die Rolle
Als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/x) sorgst Du dafür, dass die richtigen Materialien zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem Blick für Termintreue leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Produktions- und Materialfluss.
Deine Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für die Produktion
- Durchführung der Nettobedarfsermittlung für Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung möglicher Alternativmaterialien und -lieferanten
- Einholung, Auswertung und Nachverhandlung von Lieferantenangeboten
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen im ERP-System
- Abstimmung und Verfolgung von Lieferterminen sowie deren Kommunikation in die Fertigung sowie an die Disposition
- Initiierung von geeigneten Maßnahmen zur Lieferterminsicherung bei Terminrückständen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der material- und lieferantenbezogenen Stammdaten im ERP-System
- Unterstützung bei Reklamationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen
- Identifikation neuer potenzieller Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen

- Du arbeitest strukturierte, analytisch und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick
- Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit internen und externen Partnern
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
- Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, der Materialdisposition oder in einer vergleichbaren Position innerhalb der Supply Chain
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. Navision) und den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
