Establish IFRS-compliant controlling structures, transfer pricing cost bases, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting processes. Partner with project and technical teams, improve close discipline, and prepare the organization for financing rounds, external reporting, and potential listing.

Develop and implement control systems and automation architectures for laser facilities, collaborating with engineers to ensure software stability and safety.
