The Client Lead Senior Manager serves as the lead accounting authority and strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality financial oversight within an outsourced environment. This role is responsible for the integrity of financial reporting, effectiveness of internal controls, and performance of accounting operations across multiple engagements.
Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, the Client Lead Senior Manager translates financial data into actionable insights, drives process improvements, and leads internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and US GAAP compliance
- Reviews consolidated financials, including multi-entity and multi-department reporting, and ensures consistency across reporting structures
- Establishes close processes, timelines, and quality standards across client portfolios
- Evaluates financial results, variance drivers, and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business expectations
- Participation in preparation of schedules or deliverables
- Provides oversight of core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing cycles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA, CMA, CGMA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting, corporate accounting, or outsourced/client accounting services
