Senior Manager, Technical Training OTMD
This global role reports to the VP, Organizational Talent and Acquisition and will lead the creation of business and technical training at Prologis. In partnership with leaders from across the business, you will identify and respond to learning needs in our rapidly changing organization. You will design and deliver learning using a variety of delivery methods and build partnerships with external vendors to support critical business and technical skill development at Prologis. As part of the Organizational Talent Management and Development (OTMD) team, you will also lead the ongoing improvement and adoption of Prologis’ LMS (Learning Management System) and support other key talent initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders in new and core business lines to design and deliver mission-critical job-related training and ongoing upskilling
- Create technical training guidelines and templates, advise business on creating their own programs
- Own Prologis’ LMS and drive ongoing improvements; increase adoption
- Support a dynamic and effective talent ecosystem at Prologis, including supporting career pathing and internal mobility efforts
- Create and deliver career enrichment learning (e.g., communication skills, meeting effectiveness, etc.) as assigned
Building blocks for success
Required:
- 7+ years professional experience in a training, talent management, HR or consulting capacity
- Experience designing and delivering technical learning programs in a global company
- Expertise using a consultative approach to identify and respond to learning needs, including working with senior and executive-level leaders
- Experience with eLearning software and LMS, Articulate Storyline and Workday preferred
- Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills
Hiring Salary Range of $113,000 - $150,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
