Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Manager, Technical Project Management
The Senior Manager, Technical Project Management will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex, multi‑year program to implement and scale one of the key operational platforms in SBA International markets. This role combines strategic program leadership with a hands‑on technical delivery approach, ensuring successful system integration, data migration, environment management, and operational readiness across regions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both program and execution levels—driving program governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, while also engaging directly with technical teams to understand system behavior, configure solutions, support testing, and unblock delivery risks. The incumbent must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of project ownership and accountability.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Drive the implementation of a key operational platform in SBA International markets. This includes market‑by‑market rollout strategy, project management, data migration, end to end testing and readiness criteria.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, risks, resourcing, and delivery timelines for each market.
Drive consistent delivery a global system standard while allowing for local market variations, regulatory needs, and legacy constraints.
Establish program governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms to ensure transparency and executive‑level visibility.
Sets project goals, maintains budget estimates, and develops project plans to be on schedule and within budget.
Manages change requests, tracks additional costs and manages project scope.
Identify risks and inform management of issues that may impact project deliverables and/or schedules.
Create process and workflow mapping, diagrams, use cases, wireframes, ROI's and other documents in support of projects.
Provide project status reports to team members, executive management and vendors as required.
Hands‑On Technical Engagement
Lead and coordinate data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
Gain working knowledge of how the platform operates to:
Configure system components as needed.
Support troubleshooting during implementation.
Translate technical constraints into delivery decisions.
Support coordination of deployments and migrations across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Testing, Quality & Readiness
Oversee end‑to‑end testing, including system integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and go‑live readiness.
Partner with engineering, QA, and business teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure issues are prioritized and resolved.
Ensure operational readiness through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to regional and support teams.
Agile Delivery & Feature Prioritization
Work with vendors and main stakeholders in sprint‑level planning and prioritization, balancing global roadmap objectives with market‑specific needs.
Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across functional workstreams (e.g., operations, data, integrations, compliance).
Drive alignment on feature scope, tradeoffs, for each sprint and market release.
Ensure backlog reviews, dependency tracking, and delivery commitments are realistic and achievable.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non‑technical audiences.
Proactively manage change impacts across markets, ensuring adoption, training, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.
Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision and values.
Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Industrial Engineering or relevant work experience.
7+ years of project or program management experience in a technology organization or professional services company implementing IT systems.
Experience in managing project implementations.
Experience working with business analysts, development and QA teams.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, CCBA) preferred.
Certified in Business Analysis -PMI preferred.
Proven experience delivering large‑scale platform implementations across multiple countries or regions.
Strong hands‑on experience with:
System integrations and legacy platforms.
Data migration and cutover planning.
Testing lifecycle management (SIT, UAT, go‑live).
Environment coordination (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in Agile / sprint‑based delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Experience implementing operational, enterprise, or mission‑critical platforms (e.g., ERP, operations, infrastructure, or large data platforms).
Background working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams.
Familiarity with governance, risk management, and regulatory considerations in international deployments.
Ability to balance delivery in complex, evolving environments.
Skilled at turning complex, multi‑market programs into structured, executable delivery plans.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred.
