  • Serve as a key liaison between operations, engineering, product teams and other stakeholders to address platform-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new encoding tools, cloud-native services, and content operational workflows into the platform, ensuring seamless deployment and operational adoption.
  • Validate and enforce adherence to all technical specifications, video and audio quality standards, mezzanine requirements, platform‑level compliance rules, and security policies, ensuring consistency across global content workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert technical understanding of content delivery for FAST linear and VOD platforms.
  • Deep expertise across H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, AV1 and MPEG‑2 fundamentals.
  • Proficient in QA processes, media content systems, scalable VOD/live workflows, origin hygiene, and CDN efficiency, following industry-defined best practices.
  • Experience with Airtable management/orchestration, and Python-based automation scripting is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement organized, efficient processes from complex and chaotic environments within a rapidly scaling platform.
